Higher Education Commission (HEC) – Pakistan

CAS is approved by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan to offer internationally recognised UK qualifications under the Transnational Education (TNE) Policy. This approval covers the Pearson BTEC Higher National programs delivered at the CAS Khokhar Road Campus – HND Business, HND Computing and HND Art & Design (Fashion & Textiles) – with the Fall 2026 intake commencing in September 2026.

What it means for you

your UK qualification is delivered in Pakistan with the national regulator’s approval – recognised at home while it opens doors abroad.

Pearson – United Kingdom

CAS is a Pearson Approved Centre (Centre #95529) for BTEC qualifications. Pearson is the UK’s largest awarding organisation, and BTEC Higher Nationals are regulated by Ofqual, the UK government’s qualifications regulator. Delivery at CAS follows Pearson’s assessment, internal-verification and quality-assurance standards.

What it means for you

your HND certificate is issued by Pearson UK – the same qualification, whether it is earned in London or in Rawalpindi.

University of Gujrat – Pakistan

CAS is affiliated with the University of Gujrat, a public-sector university chartered by the Government of Punjab, for the delivery of BS degree programs: BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering and BBA. CAS is also registered with the Higher Education Department (DPI), Punjab.

What it means for you

your four-year degree carries the award and recognition of a chartered public university.

ATHE – United Kingdom

CAS is an approved centre for ATHE (Awards for Training and Higher Education), an Ofqual-regulated UK awarding organisation. The ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law delivered at CAS is recognised by De Montfort University (DMU), UK for entry to the final year (Level 6 top-up) of its LLB (Hons), subject to DMU’s entry conditions, including IELTS 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. De Montfort University is recognised by the Pakistan Bar Council.

a realistic, defined route from Rawalpindi to a UK law degree.

NCC Education – United Kingdom

CAS is an approved learning partner of NCC Education for the Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies – an Ofqual-regulated pre-university qualification that prepares students for undergraduate study at universities worldwide.

What it means for you

a recognised international bridge between school and university.

Federal Board (FBISE) – Pakistan

CAS Intermediate programs are affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, covering FSc Pre-Medical, FSc Pre-Engineering, ICS and allied Intermediate streams.

What it means for you

your Intermediate certificate comes from one of Pakistan’s most widely recognised boards.

SECP & ICCI – Corporate Standing

CAS is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Registration #0193612) and is a member of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

What it means for you

CAS is a legally established, documented institution – not an unregistered academy.

Is CAS recognised by HEC?+

Yes. CAS is approved by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan to offer UK qualifications under the Transnational Education Policy, and CAS BS degrees are awarded through affiliation with the University of Gujrat.

Are the UK qualifications at CAS the same as those awarded in the UK?+

Yes. Pearson BTEC, ATHE and NCC qualifications delivered at CAS are awarded by the same UK awarding organisations, regulated by Ofqual, following the same assessment and quality-assurance standards.
